Liberal States Still Have More Union Workers Than Conservative States
According to the U.S. Census Bureau, Statistical Abstract of the United States: 2008 the average rate of Union Workers in the United States in 2006 was 12.0%. 25 out of 31 Conservative States had a lower than average rate of Union Workers (81% of Conservative States) versus 5 out of 20 Liberal States that had a lower than average rate of Union Workers (25% of Liberal States). The lowest rate of Union Workers in the country is found in North Carolina and South Carolina with 3.3%. The highest rate of Union Workers in the country is found in Hawaii with 24.7%.

There Are Still Fewer Births To Teenage Mothers In Liberal States Than In Conservative States
According to the U.S. Census Bureau, Statistical Abstract of the United States: 2008 the average rate of Births to Teenage Mothers in the United States in 2005 was 10.2%. 22 out of 31 Conservative States had a higher than average rate of Births to Teenage Mothers (71% of Conservative States) versus 2 out of 20 Liberal States that had a higher than average rate of Births to Teenage Mothers (10% of Liberal States). The highest rate of Births to Teenage Mothers in the country is found in New Mexico with 15.8%. The lowest rate of Births to Teenage Mothers in the country is found in New Hampshire with 5.9%.
